I Remember that before only rich people or good players enough had sultan because it had his normal price
Now i seen level 4 or 5 with sultans with 10000 dests whats the idea of that? it just makes it booring to have a car no one else has money to buy i seen people selling sultan for 250k with 100 destroys
Instead of charging you 100 it could be like old system it adds a think on your wheel and lawyers by selling you insure could fix that or maybe mechanics or locksmiths to make job more usefull
