hospital is boring
make it so after 3-5 seconds it says "you start dreaming..." and it either sends you to paintball or a little room with go karts if you have a nice dream, or the banland interior if you have a nightmare

completely unrelated,
add a drink at the bar like a bloody mary thought to cure hangovers that costs 10-25x as much as a regular drink that reverses your drunkenness by one "step" like the opposite of having another alcoholic beverage

I always thought it would be cool if your screen turned black/white and you were a ghost for a few minutes after dying. Making it so you can't do anything but get in cars, walk/run around and anything you say is converted to "o0o0o oo OOoO"
