Adriano Rossi Metagaming/Water Evading/Tabbing to avoid

Oh well. I was sitting in my friends car when Adriano apeard jacked him and instantly tied me.
After i started to shoot him he started to cy and metagame as hell also tabbed few times to avoid bullets and then he just went in water so i can't shoot him.
Oh, i forgot to mention that i did try to kill him like 10 minutes because he was chicken running like a real Chicken!

Well Kei, Water evading is allowed now, an admin has removed this rule.

Also it doesn't show he really tabbed to avoid death also he has nuthin' to lose and he has full hp...just saying.
