well it's a pretty cool idea, but imagine this, **gang member gets jailed** his whole gang comes with an helicopter and picks him up**

It would be pretty easy to escape unless it's got jails insise or W/E

This is somewhats kind of the point, that's why you can have people stationed there to guard and then add something like if the prisoner leaves the proximity of the jail he gets an automatic 6star wanted level. Making jail a little more interesting. It could be like a Pre-cop post where their job for a while is to guard the jail and its prisoners. which could then lead to increasing jail time slightly because its not just sitting in a little cell by yourself you're actually interacting with guards, other prisoners and potentially planning a jail Brake.

What is the issue exactly? i know the gates and doors are possible, Is it just the nick nacks in the jail and fence that are a problem?

GAY ENCOUNTERS IN BATHROOMS has this. It only works because there are enough people to actually inhabit the cells instead of just being teleported to a ghost town for 3 minutes.
