Gang Description:

Mad Swan Bloods gang grew up in Los Santos, and the most of the gang's members are African-American people, And the current gang's head is Jason Beckham, Also the gang is known as an arms dealers, ohh not a normal arms dealers a professional arms dealers.

Story:

In this big city, San Fierro there was a poor man who aspired for the best thing, He had a a simple small dreams, He wanted to get money for his kids and wife He just wanted to live a normal life, He was working as a cleaner in a post office, but in one day a man came from the dark, and he looked at Jason in amazement and he asked him some questions.
The strange man: Hello there
Jason: Hello sir, how may I help you?
The strange man: What's your name?
Jason: My name is Jason sir.
The strange man: Well, you got a nice name, Jason anyway, are you happy with your job?
Jason: Honestly, I'm not because working as a cleaner in a very BIG office is so hard, and specially my boss is so cruel man.
The strange man: Aha, come with me! NOW.

So after this little conversation, Jason and the strange man went to the boss's office and the strange man told the boss to fire Jason because the strange man wanted Jason to work with him.

After a few hours:
Jason: So sir where are we heading to?
The strange man: We're going to Los Santos.
Jason: LOS SANTOS? why are we going to there!?
The strange man: You'll see..
They went to San Fierro's train station and they arrived to Los Santos after 2 hours.
A few hours later:
Jason and the strange man arrived to Los Santos, and they reached to a weird place, not a very weird place but for Jason it's!, anyway the man told Jason that he'll work as an arms dealer inside the place, Jason accepted the job because he must do that, he doesn't has any job.
2 days later:
Jason: So sir, can you tell me what's your name?
The strange man: Well, the people here call me the Mad Swan.
Jason: Ohh that's a scary name!, why do they call you like that?
Mad Swan: Well Jason, you should go to work now.
Jason: Please sir can you tell me why?
Mad Swan: Alright, however they call me like that because I fight like the swans.
Jason: Ah, i'm going to sell some guns tho'.
After 2 weeks
Mad Swan called Jason to his office, and in the office they had a conversation, an important coversation.
Mad Swan: Jason, I need to tell you something, We're not a normal arms dealers, you can say that we're a gang too, and as you see that you got a strong body..but you need to learn how to SHOOT!
Jason: Why I should learn that!? I'm not a killer!
Mad Swan: Ah, I forgot to tell you, *Mad Swan looks at Jason's eyes* when I look at your eyes I see my goal
Jason: Your goal?
Mad Swan: Yes, my goal
Jason: And what's your goal?
Mad Swan: Well Jason, I'm too sick and I'm going to die soon, and I need someone to lead the gang to the RIGHT side, and I think that you're a the fit dude, I learned ya the stuff that the leader must have, And I'll die today my doctor told me that.
A day later
Mad Swan died, and Jason is the gang's head now, so he decided to name the gang, and the gang name is Mad Swan Bloods!.
And even today, the Bloods's bullets heard even in the streets of Los Santos everywhere, and no one can stop them.

Why:
Well, I think that I got an enough experience that makes me lead a gang, and I played in a lot of rp servers so I know how’s it going on!.

I don’t think you can manage a band, you are just an immature individual, it was just my perspective, also you should be highly experienced or even more experienced than you are atm, managing a band isn’t as easy as you think bud, merely individuals can’t manage bands, believe me, in addition your story has lack of effort, and as Ron said stop hosting events every 2 seconds.... well, eventually it’s up to the admins you know, their evaluation on you is very important, good luck.

P.S; If your gang application gets accepted, It will be just disbanned the next day.
