You need to know and foilow the taxi rules, and pass the special taxi test.

rule 1: ~secret~ ( see below )
rule 3: don't ask for a taxi test
rule 4: don't ask who to ask for a taxi test
rule 5: all applications must be submitted in ~secret~ format ( see below )
rule 6: don't tell anyone about the taxi test

The first question in the taxi test is to explain what rule 1 is, if you get it wrong you don't get to do any more of the taxi test.
If you submit your application in the wrong format ( see rule 5 ) your application will be denied.
