The Rebelz Militia

Family Name: Rebelz Militia
Family Description: Time:0200; Location:Classified; Date: July 2, 1986. The Rebelz Militia is formed from a brotherhood of ex Special Operations Operatives.
The Rebelz Militia was formed after an overseas mission went bad. All members of the unit were discharged from the Military, and court martialed. After being discharged, the Unit was dropped in the city of Los Santos. They had no way out, no background, no job history, no money. They had to make their own way, so that's when the Rebelz Militia was formed. Their history dates back to the late 1970s. All fresh out of highschool, joined the military because they wanted to protect and serve their country. Soon there after, they were all contacted and were told they made selection for a Black/Special Ops Division. After serving for years in this unit, they were betrayed by their own Government, the same one they swore to protect from Foreign and Domestic Terrorism. Yet they keep fighting for what is right.
Meaning of being a Rebel: The Rebelz Militia are a group of true American Patriots that vow to keep the U.S Constitution intact as it is under attack and losing its meaning more and more everyday from the corrupt goverment who seeks to destroy it. They are the defenders of liberty and freedom and will do anything to protect it. The patriots are not a group of people that want to strike fear into the citizens but are actually
here to teach them and help them about the rights they never knew they had against the brainwashed police who work to suppress those rights. They choose not be pushed over by illegal and unwarranted searches of homes, cars and persons as they know we are all free men protected under the U.S. Constitution. They are the true Patriots of America, they are the Rebelz Militia.
Rebelz Militia Code of Conduct I
a. I am a Patriot fighting the forces in which will bring harm to any harmless individual or my brothers in arms. I am prepared to give my life in their defense.
b. All men and women in the Rebelz Militia have the duty at all times and under all circumstances to oppose the enemies and support its interests.
Rebelz Militia Code of Conduct II
a. I will never surrender of my own free will. If in command, I will never surrender the members of my command while they still have the means to resist.
b. As an individual, a member of the Rebelz Militia may never voluntarily surrender. When isolated and no longer able to inflict casualties on the enemy, the soldier has an obligation to either evade capture and rejoin friendly forces or fight to the death.
c. Only when evasion by an individual is impossible and further fighting would lead only to death with no significant loss to the enemy should one consider surrender. With all reasonable means of resistance exhausted and with certain death the only alternative, capture does not imply dishonor.
d. The responsibility and authority of a commander never extends to the surrender of a command to the enemy while the command has the power to fight and evade. When isolated, cut off or surrounded, a unit must continue to fight until relieved or able to rejoin friendly forces through continued efforts to break out or evade the enemy.
Rebelz Militia Code of Conduct III
a. If I surrender or get captured, I will give no information or take part in any action which might be harmful to my comrades.
b. Informing or any other action to the detriment of a fellow is despicable, expressly forbidden and severly punished.
Rebelz Militia Code of Conduct IV
a. Strong leadership and communication are essential to discipline. Discipline is the key to camp organization, resistance and even survival. The senior, regardless of service, must accept command. This responsibility and accountability may not be evaded.
b. If the senior is incapacitated or is otherwise unable to act, the next senior person will assume command. The responsibility of subordinates is to obey the lawful orders of ranking personnel.
Rebelz Militia Code of Conduct V
a. I will never forget that I am an American, fighting for what is right. I am responsible for my actions, and dedicated to the principles which made my country free. I will trust in my God and in the Rebelz Militia.
b. A member of the Militia remains responsible for personal actions at all times.
c. Once a Rebel, always a Rebel.
Why this family should get accepted?: "I know we fucked up in the past and I could tell you, all we enjoyed was doing point battles, that was our main thing and focus. But I guarantee you, this won't happen again. We will try our absolute best to Roleplay at any situation given to us. We will also try to bring back some 'spark' SZR is missing so it can feel fun again, don't get me wrong, the server is doing quite well and picked up pretty damn fast. That is why we returned in the first place, we will try to help the server as much as possible and interact with other players no matter who it is. I will tell you right now, this ain't the same old family from the past and we will make sure it doesn't go down the same path as the last one did. I as well as a handful of my members are very old players and have been with this community for over 3 years. We are just trying to start fresh again, have fun among each other and bring some fun to the entire player base of the server. All we ask for is another chance." - Tito
