I personally don't think you should be able to drive a car until you are at the very least a Tier 4 roleplayer. Cars are a luxury item after all.

i think this is too unfair. the only unAmerican phrases you can use are Spanish. i propose that an additional tier of roleplayer be introduced to include select phrases from the following languages: canadian, icelandic, russian, sweedish, polish, italian, greek, farsi, franche, german, norweegie, mandarin chinsese, cantonese chinese, north korean, klingon, phillipese, galactic basic, australian, kiwi, morrocan, yiddish, aborigini, mexican, jive turkey and dog

perhaps it could be a perk set separate from your vip level. something similar to the dlc content we see is all the rage these days. in order to use the phrases without punishedmendt you should be donated at least $50/mo (tier 6) and pay an addition $15 for the language phrase conteent pakc

Hey just a small reccomendation, I agree many servers do this but I think the prices you listed earlier were a bit ridiculous..Don't get mad at me I'm just stating my opinion but overall in general its a good idea just a bit too high prices for such an old game.
