In Game Notepad

I remember once there was an e-mail In Game; what about an e-notepad where ya can write down important info or w/e.

/notepad (to see what´s written down)

/notepad del [slot number] (to erase)

/notepad write [text] (to insert notes)

Dunno just an Idea...

ps: could also be useful for newbies to recall phone numbers when they can´t afford a phone book.

Maybe there could be like a space thingy on the notepad, and you could buy virtual memories to expand it or even buy bigger ones, it would be perfect.
