New player having issues

I have version 1.0 , and the newest version of Samp, i entered the IP of this server into my favorites and it shows, "(Retrieving Info..)72.232.254.202:6777". What am i doing wrong

He entered the "72.232.254.202:6777" and that's wrong IP, Use this one: szr.grie.fr:7777 and it will work.
(Where did you get the 72.232.254.202:6777 anyway?)

I have never been range banned i dont think, is there any way you guys could check. I use to play here like 2 years ago. I think under the name Silas Methodman.

Nevermind i got it, and damn theres only 7 people on? i remember there use to be close to 100.

Make sure you download this
http://sampdl.kingj.net/sa-mp-0.3d-R2-install.exe, and install it to the folder you have GTA San Andreas in.
Then once you open sa-mp, add
to your favorites list.
