Well I don't know is this very serious or even needed to be fixed.

But whether you are on duty or not, you receive calls from people in need of a mechanic.

I guess you shouldn't have the calls when you are off duty?

There is a function called SendJobMessage that is used all of twice. Once for /service mechanic, the other for players who request a lawyer when they're arrested. Awesome job, Godfather.
