Excessive Trolling - Bubba/Dank_Collin

Multiple times on different accounts will he either /sms me and say Cool story jacob, or even abuse /call news and say cool story bro.. I just want an admin to warn him and get him to stop trolling me, when ever he gets on I get a headache, its annoying and makes me want to stop playing. Thank you.

When you sit and get "Cool story bro" every fucking time he is on... It's really old, /togphone doesnt block his shit from /call news. If your not Justin then I apologize, I'm getting really frustrated with everyone lately, Alot of people on the server have been pissing off other players. I don't want to get mixed up with them cause it only makes me want to quit.
