If you equip a flair weapon and enter a boxing match, you can take the flair gun and shoot the other guy in the fight.

along with if LSPD arrest you and you remove it you can have it in jail

how is that a bug..... if you see a gun sticking out of someones forehead maybe ask them to take it out before fighting??

I believe he just meant its a problem in general, and you can downsize weapons..
