Disable using /ad while being cuffed/tied because people like Freddo Brazi like to abuse it, to get his mexicans after me.
If you get cuffed while talking on a phone, phone line should drop dead otherwise, Elijah Triggs abuses it to tell his friends his location.
Make it that lawyer can't /clear a person that is cuffed in a cruiser, because Vatos abuse the living shit out of it.
