Can someone tell me what's the difference between 0.3e and 0.3e-R2?.

0.3e r2 is a bigger number

0.3e r2 is a small server upgrade, for server operators, and therefore makes no difference to your samp experience.
You download and install samp 0.3e as normal.
Unless you are up to no good, where it blocks something.
