/Dissemble for arms dealers only and get 1/4 or half of mats that the gun is worth. For bats make it a small number. So if it's a big gun they get a bigger portion of the guns mats an if it's a smaller gun (more likely to find on ground or after you kill someone) it's a smaller portion of mats. Only let it be done if the person has 75+ HP to avoid this being exploited before death.
