also hopefully fixed /help not showing the right commands

added /clothes - or flair as you might remember it

you have to go into a clothes shop, and /buyclothes
you can /clothes anwhere to change your look.
if you pick the 'store' option from the menu, you put whatever in your pocket / bag.

ive tested it as much as I can, the pass and drop options are incomplete, but you should be able to get stuff attached.

I am going into bincos, typing /buyclothes and it says that i am not into a clothes shop?

Look for the clothes shops that have an entrance and an interior.
There's two.

One is west from SA News HQ, couple blocks away

The other is at front of the clucking bell by Ballaz HQ
