mechanics command! hooray for mechanics everyone loves them!
drive to the modshop, I think its near the old drughouse and the donut shop
/swipecard to enter the garage
/buyneon - sitting in drivers seat of someones housecar
you must have $5000
the owner of the vehicle must be there
the owner can /neon to toggle the lights
have fun lighting the server with roleplay, but dont drive too fast with the neons on, they will turn off!
