-gang or faction chat changed to gangs color for all put leo factions (ie /f and /ff)
-'last seen' column in /roster now updates for members

note: list all is the only roster command that works at the moment, command will be completed later

- casino /swipecard and interior entrances added
- /door added to casino management box.
- public address, ( /pa ) added for mafia members rank 5+ inside casino .
- decorated casino garage, and frontage, las vegas style.

a few updates, removing bugs.

remember you have to univite then invite your members to get them on the roster.
eventually I will arm the auto kick, and the roster will be active.

also, if any gang /f is not visible because of a dark color, we will have to remove the color!
