Looks like a lot of people are having this bug.

@Rachael, I was trying to see how this bug happens, and I noticed that when you go into your account and you exit the game repeatedly, this bug forces you to register again and again. From what I gather, I think the problem is when the player relogs about 4 or 5 times. Anyway correct me if I'm wrong. I think you should have a backup account

Happened to me aswell.

it has happened to about 10 players, I think I found the problem, but I cant be sure unless this doesn't happen again.

I will backup user accounts a couple of times a day from now on, just in case it happens again.
make sure players know about the forums, where they can post for a character to be restored.

remember, I can only do this starting from now, not for people who unfortunately had this happen to them prior to this post.

have some refund? or start from 0? I lost my levels, cars and my money without work levels. and worst of all is that I have no picture of my stats or something that proves to be true.

is it safe to log in now? i'm pretty scared

Woah, so what's up with the ones that already have the bug, the ones that had this happen this to them prior your post, what's up with those people are we not getting the poop we had earned back?

I just logged in and my account is gone.

I made a few changers, if we are lucky, this will be the last we see of this problem.
