Furniture

It would be pretty cool to be able to buy furniture for your house exterior and interior aswell, same with gang HQ's, we could even have a big place showing all the avalible furniture to add, and to take them home bring trucking back or a new job maybe.

and it's all possible with the new in-game object modifier
the problem would be idiots making objects huge

if so then people with huge objects would be forced to sell them.

You can't resize normal objects, only the ones on your character.
