I think it would be a good idea to add the command to the leader of the faction, he can add the name of the ranks for each (from rank 0 to 7), another suggestion is that the faction leader can adjust the skins of their faction, according to Rachael can create a command to the skin that are already in use by other factions are restricted, and those that are available if they can choose. I think this would avoid a huge job to Rachael.

You can set restrictions on your faction skins at the clothes shop. (You need to be leaderflagged though)
