I have hopefully fixed the account reset bug...
if not there is little I can do to stop it, its a result of server lag causing players to disconnect without saving stats.

hopefully the changes I made today will stop the problem, if not there is something you can do to cover yourselves.

when you leave the server, use the /logout command.. this makes a backup of your ini that can be restored.
you can also use /backup anytime to back up your account.

if you lose your account, please post in this thread... I will fix it as soon as I can!

Posting "me" or simply "hey i lost my account" isn't enough - Rachael isn't looking your IP's up from the forums and then tracking down your username in-game. If your account has been broken, please post your in-game name in this thread, thanks

Adrian Salazar aka Chayan Salazar when Adrian was gone, I made Chayan. McCree gave me everything on Chayan but now I just logged in and its gone again. When I was logging off I did /logout

Bad new's for those people who cant drive and the tutorial never ends, the solution is to create a new account and later an admin will refund u again your things.

rachael I think you should return to storing the main player data using vault instead of sql, it's the reason for this shit happening

I don't see where the problem is if it's the same old saving system we had back in 2011, what's changed, is the host worse? will 0.3x ddos fixes and smaller number of packets help?

The sql ID in your inventory is just a unique number that the script gives you when you register, similar to the way an entry in a sql table is given an id.

The accounts were reset (i think) because of a simple scripting error in the file saving routine.
I think its fixed ( it hasn't happened for a while now )
