Los Santos Vagos HQ Change

Sup...
I'm new in the server and i think i'll stick with it for a while so...
I'd like to change Los Santos Vagos HQ with all it's Cars/interiors from it's place to East Beach as shown in this Picture.
Add The Interior at that Door There...
Also i'd Like you to give me the Leadership, I can make this gang Active and stronger than before also ima help teaching the Newbies the basics about RP...

if he's new to the server, why would he try and lead a public faction, i dont see how he's going to help new players if he's new himself

I agree with this one. There is no way in hell that he could be new to the server and be a leader of a public gang. I'm pretty confident that you need to be a "Pro" RP'er.

If you wanna be public faction leader you gotta earn it,prove that you're worth it,people need to see the progress,and yes you need skills to do that and be reaaaaaaly patient working with new players aint easy

This area you're trying to change the HQ to is remote to players the other one is better and easier to find by newbies

I moved the hq, as for the rest, if he wants to do it he can do it, whats the worst that can happen?

Why don't you just place the Vagos HQ onto it's old spot, it's pretty close to the newbiespawn and this is actually positive.
