random vehicle spawns and gangcars have been broken, im fixing them, and other admins will add them all back today.

also, I fixed a few things like UNKNOWN COMMAND with /sellgun
/givekey now lets player start engine aswell as unlock doors
roster is now able to be edited by me for specific requests, as in remove kasaki kuwai from mafia roster!
should all be fixed pretty soon.
