Upgrade points

Hello,i am Aldo Rossi and i am level 5 IG.But when i get the level i didnt took any upgrade points.They shall be 8 or 10 from level one to level five.But i have 0.I asked some other players and they said that everything was okay with them when they got the level.They took their upgrade points.If you need an screenshot just tell me.Thanks for reading.

I think admin gave you level 5 and didnt give you upgrade points

Ask me or any other admin in game if you see us. It was probably me who didn't give you the upgrade points, sorry about that.
