The Steam and Direct2Drive versions of GTA:SA are not currently supported and cannot be downgraded.

You can play SA-MP on steam version (I do) you just can't play single player. Google it, there's a thread on the steam forums about this.

i did dl torrent, installed it then installed samp 3x. how do i play it with patch then downgraded?
