24th march minor updates

/roster uninvite and /roster rank work now
added gang zones for testing, command is /zone
/lock now works for recon vans? this was a quick fix, not sure if it will work yet
changed admin commands for houses to ADMIN_BUSINESS
removed buildings over old newb spawn
admins please dont touch zones yet

Thanks to Andrew,i had jail time arond 3 hours and he lowered it to 30 mins,SZR need admins like him.Dont remove him.

Ya,all you said is just a little piece of the true but its correct....Statistics says that the Hispanic/Latin comunity has the worst English in the world.I dont know if this is true but some of the latin players in SZR are great examples for this statistic.Whatever lets stop trolling up this and use someone for jokes,Thank you Racheal for you hard work,but the bad is that there are no players to play on this server...What should we do?No one from the people posting here is really active,and i think it will be way better if we all do something to bring the people back...Whatever if there will be only 10 people,its better than 0
