the SZRGTARP server is not poping up and this only happens when some one gets banned. have I been banned and if so why?

Has the poblem been fixed? Because I can still not see the server.

There are range bans and you may be falling under one of them...If you're pretty certain you did nothing to get banned then I'd suggest changing your IP, perhaps a few times until you see players. If you see it, then connect and it says your banned, then your account is banned.
