If bonez and 2 selected other people driving standard PD vehicles manage to catch [that is, knock off and be able to get into tazer range] someone selected from the PD who is riding a PCJ or FCR then I will consider putting bikes back in.

This was the policy when the server first started, we didn't use MP5 gunners until the server was up for a few months, and right now none of the PD are issued MP5's except when they go SWAT.

edit: This is the scenario, you're just a generic officer patrolling and some person keeps ramming you with his bike to piss you off and chase him, this isn't some wanted felon that you're going to have every lspd/fbi chasing after.

I wasn't aware of the no MP5 rule. From what I knew you could have an officer with an MP5 in the passengers seat to shoot at criminals that you are invoked in a chase with. Still, without MP5's you can still P.I.T. sync them and knock them off, and then tazer them if they haven't already gotten back on the bike. Also, hit them enough and eventually they will have to repair, giving you the opportunity at the pay n' spray to kill / arrest them.

Well just saying that the MP5 rule came out way after the bikes were removed. The reason bikes were removed was not because it made doing mat runs easier, but because people were being faggots and constantly annoying PD with them, and also they would just go around DMing with a rear MP5 gunner and would be impossible to catch
