I noticed in the wiki that you can make money fishing or car jacking. But the car jacking page has no details. Can someone give me the details on how to car jacking.

Car jacking has nothing to do with actually "jacking" another player.
The skill is leveled through the /dropcar command.

Step into a car, enter the "/dropcar" command (without the quotes), and head towards the red marker on your map. When you get there, just drive right into the large red beacon. Repeat after a certain amount of time (20 minutes at level 1).
