True that. We owned the point but since you guys suck so much you needed free guns and armor via lspd to make it a fair fight. I thought the general rule was that cops were supposed to stay out of points until they are over. Then they can round up who they want.

It is a general rule and I was all for the LSPD having a little fun every now and again but it seems like this bandwagon is above the rules of the game. All I heard about was bitching from VC about how shit the LSPD was and now I hear them chanting at a point as they kill everyone "VC COPS!!!". If the cops before Zaph and Rho took over even considered doing this, the bandwagon would already have had a complaint thread template up waiting to be posted. But all it is in irc is "ahaha pubbie tears, lets all bathe in them.". I don't like getting all serious over a game but this was without a doubt the line being crossed and it needs to stop.

As for it goes for the VC police shit. It is obvious that Rho is doing a shit job. The cops drove in with "VC Police" on the megaphone. Why would the PD be shouting Vietcong? We had fought for the point for a good 20 minutes before the VC police decided to come in with 4 cars to take care of us. Then directly after, Vietcong claimed the point and A COP did /ad VC rules these streets. THEN after that Al_Yu claimed, Grove claimed, and then the corp claimed. But it was what led up to this that pissed us all off. We fought for that point to only have the cops come in a clear it out for their "friends" to have. Gang members shouldn't get alts in the PD. It increases power/metagaming which is exactly what happened here.

none of our friends claimed it. the point currently belongs to a gang that does not exist.

edit: also Rho has been doing a surprisingly good job he's already posted a page long combat manual and done combat training
