Possible to change how many game hours per real?

I like the night environment - I know alot of folks do. But since it's 1 game hour per 1 real hour - you have to be up playing between 12am EST and whenever.
Is it possible to set the number of ingame hours per hour to 2 or something? You know, so you have multiple cycles per day - spices it up. Also the police maverick spotlight is pretty goddamned awesome at night.
