As i'm Spanish i can give a little tip.

Instead of:

Jefe - Boss
Veterano - Lieutenant
Capotaste - Officer
Soldado - Soldier
Recluta - Recruit
Outsider - Associate

It should be:

Jefe - Boss
Teniente - Lieutenant
Curtido - Officer
Soldado - Soldier
Recluta - Recruit
Associado - Associate
Forastero - Outsider

PS: In Spanish the plural, lik trece (thirteen) goes with "Las" not "La".
And if its "Locotes" it should be "Los", if it's "Locotas" it shall be "Las" as i wrote above.

I don't see why It would be Los Trece Locotes. This would mean that there are only thirteen of 'em which is clearly not the case.It could be Los Locotes De La Trece, which would mean the Locotes of the Thirteen(Thirteenth street) or you could just keep it as La Trece Locotes which would basically mean the same. As for the ranks, The changes are ok except for Curtido. Curtido is either a cabbage salad or the process or turning hide to leather. For this rank you could use either Cabo or Subteniente, which are both ranks under a lieutenant.

Remember the spanish they speak in Spain is a tad different from other places.
