The first time I did it, it actually wasn't a cadet or a noobie cop. He actually came very close but I thought it was a hilarious when he smacked that wall. Secondly I never did any bragging... just video.

The buffalo is hardly overpowered compared to when we used to have the Infernus. And I've made that jump in a police car before so its not like its possible ONLY for the buffalo.

Bonez actually is not responsible for "logging out" when he drowned, if you drown in SA:MP you crash.

I couldn't get out of the car!!!
I was knocked unconscious from hitting the wall so hard.

Actually there is a "secret" to making the jump.
If you listen to your car listen for when it sounds like the rpm's are maxed out, let of the w key then press back on the w key. It doesn't seem like it does much but it actually slightly increases your top speed.

And, it's needed to make this jump with slow cars, including the buffalo. It won't make it otherwise.

I told aesop to take all my mats since I don't even matrun anymore

And how did I exploit? I was alt tabbed for too long and when I got back I was in the same exact spot but had been kicked for EPP
Then I log back in to find the cops looking for me.

If I wanted to protect my mats I would have run from you, in which I probably would have gotten away again.
But since the buffalo is "too powerful", all day yesterday I simply RP'ed when I got pulled over instead of running. So I think you need to get your stories straight, Joe.
