Most games like Half Life 2 or Call of Duty 4 ship with very tidy coding and sophisticated, controllable tools for lag compensation. SA:MP is nothing like those games. The only answer to SA:MPs lag and the fact that players connect from all over the world is you must be prepared to lead properly.

True, it depends on the persons ping also on far you must lead them when firing, so if your shooting directly on them and they are not taking damage, the answer is they do not hack, its simply bad registration coding for SAMP like Juke has said.

One thing people always forget is a sprinting player = 2x the amount you would normally lead them with. Everyone who plays this game should see this video.
