You need to leave the password empty to join as a guest (unregistered user, which is almost everyone since you can't register yourself). The only time this doesn't work if the name you want is a registered name for someone else.

Unfortunately for you, Steve is registered (I think). Just change your name and you can join.

You're just using the wrong port, like everyone is saying. Steve7151 here, he really has a complicated issue I solved for him.
