Many suggestions

Hello, today I have more than 1 suggestion. Here I go.

1).
A /givemygun command so we can hand our current weapon over to a friend or something.

2).
Mat storage. in many servers you can store mats in your house. it would be nice to have a mat locker so we do not have to hide our mats from the police.

3). Once you max out your fish count after 600 you should be able to fish with bait. that would be cool. Buy some bait at a 24/7 then you can fish fine and catch good fish.

4). Level 2 wheelmen should be able to give a car RIMs.

This is possible, it might get implemented at some point. Kinda useless because of Transfender, but eh.

NOS and hydraulics already cost wheelmen the same as if they modified the car in a Transfender. If rims/wheels were added, they'd be the same price most likely. Why should rims/wheels, a mostly useless modification except for the Offroad wheel, even be added?
