instead of banning dmers just flag them as a terrorist

they show up as a beacon on the map and people get a large bounty every time they kill them

to keep it interesting for the terrorist give them like 100$ every time they get a kill so they're like aww ye

Or you could make a Terrorist Faction that works similar to the Hitman Faction. Someone calls and terrorists are notified and go blow up the person. Add a cooldown or jail time.

You could just add it to the hitman faction since it will involve similar things.

yeah its a punishment, and make them auto say praise allah every 1 minute so people know they are terrorists if they don't notice the beacon

Guess the full story would make it make a little more sense...

So I just logged on and noticed someone named Nathan in our gangchat (our color, had no idea he was m16), so asked him what game he was from, he said "Motel, because mafia are faggot dmers". We convinced him that it was metagame and it lead to the above picture...
