Cops should be able to see hidden numbers, not much more to the suggestion.

I really can't see a reason for this. Sounds like it'd get abused more than used legitimately even if it were added.

It really seems like you are just looking for a certain number, there are reasons people don't want their number out, and if there is a way to get it, people will get it.

You should be able to find numbers of wanted people only so it won't get abused that much. If you try to find Mr_Wimpsy and Mr-Wimpsy is not wanted it will tell you "You can't find Mr_Wimpsy number because HE'S NOT FUCKING WANTED AND YOU'RE FUCKING RETARDED FOR TRYING TO ABUSE THIS"
