more locksmith bugs

The cmds for locksmith in /help all, doesn't work.

/alarm = Uknown command
/bug = You are not a locksmith.
/v lock = nothing happens, only pops up the /hc [park list scrap etc]
/v trunk = nothing happens, only pops up the /hc [park list scrap etc]
/scan = You are not a locksmith.
/pget = You are not a locksmith.
/pdeliver = You are not a locksmith.
