Since Mechanics can't even refuel now, can we add something to the mix..
It doesn't cost mechanics anything to do /repair, but it does cost money for mods. However, mechanics rarely charge and it doesn't even count towards their skill.
Is there something else we can do?
Since you're somehow able to add NOS and Hydralics to most vehicles, can you expand /modcar in 3 ways?
1. on /modcar, it will add a skill point. There will be a cooldown, but only for the same mod.
For instance, you have a cooldown for repair. If you mod a car with hydraulics, you have to wait before you can mod that in to another car. However, you can still mod NOS 1 or 2.
2. Add more modifications. Allow mechanics to add spoilers, etc to cars.
3. Close off all transfenders, etc.
